Subash works as a representative of Citizen Life in the insurance market to spread insurance education and awareness. He says that it is not only his duty to sell the company’s products but also to pay the insurance. “It’s not just about selling the insurance policy, it’s about how much the insurance can be paid,” he said. ’

Subash was born in Devdaha Municipality in 2050 B.S. and spent his childhood in Delhi, India.Due to his family, he completed his childhood studies in India and returned to Nepal. His childhood was spent happily. Currently, he lives in Devinagar of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City. Subash has completed his MBS.

Subash, who has earned a good reputation in education, is not only an insurance agent but also a tax consultant. He is employed by AS Bright View Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He utilizes his free time to work as an insurance agent.

Subash joined Citizen Life Insurance Company in 2021 and started his career in 2021. Subash has been associated with Citizen Life since the expansion of its branch in Wellbas, Butwal.

When asked why he changed his company to get insurance, Subash said, “It is not just a big deal to get insurance. What kind of company do you provide protection to your customers while getting insurance? Will they get the same benefits as they do when they pay the insurance in the facility that the company will provide to the customers tomorrow? What kind of product? What are the benefits of the policy? That’s all I found good in Citizen Life. The management of the company, customer policy, and many other things attracted me to Citizen Life, so I am still associated with this company and getting insurance. ’

Subash says that he is connected to the insurance sector through his friends. Subash already liked insurance. Even before he got into insurance, he knew about insurance. He feels that working in the insurance sector is like doing charitable work. “Getting insurance is like doing social work,” he said, adding, “The job of an insurance agent is legal. This profession is a marketplace for selling policies of trust. I am positive in this profession as it is a social work to provide insurance education to those who do not know insurance. ’

Subash has so far covered more than 100 people under the insurance scheme. “Insurance is not only a risk cover but also a savings. Insurance provides savings for the future and security for the present,” he said, adding, “In today’s time, everyone should take insurance as an essential necessity like gas, shelter and cotton.” ’

I don’t think I have to take the time to work as an agent. “Of course, you are also working professionally in this profession. I’m not saying anything bad, but people who are taking up the extra profession say that I believe that working as an agent as a part-time job will benefit both themselves and the client,” he said.

According to Subash, the agent should go to the insurance market only if he is capable. “If an agent spreads misinformation about the insurance and discloses negative information to the customer, the customer says bad things to all the agents in the insurance market,” he said, “Therefore, if the agent informed the insurance company only about the services and the amount of money to be received, then everyone would be positive towards the agent profession.” ’

After entering the insurance sector, Subash says that his life has changed a lot. “My speaking ability has improved after coming into the insurance sector,” he said, “I have earned personal name and fame.” I am financially strong. Not only that, but after becoming an agent, I got a chance to meet people from many levels and walks of life. I had the opportunity to understand the society and the lifestyle of the people of the society first-hand. ’

According to Subash, there is a lot of development in the understanding of insurance now. “It is a different place to not have insurance, but many people understand it,” he said, adding that efforts should be taken from the state level rather than the agency and the entire company to expand the insurance to all. However, the Insurance Authority is also doing its role at the local level. If everyone tries their best to do their best, access to insurance will increase. ’
