Kathmandu. The initial public offering (IPO) of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited has been allotted. The IPO has been allotted at the office of Prabhu Capital, the issue manager for the IPO on May 6.
A total of 29,48,966 applicants had applied for 3,37,46,200 units of shares in the IPO. Out of them, 27,71,252 applications have been accepted while the remaining applications have been canceled.
The IPO of the company has been allotted through a lottery process due to more applications than the demand. Accordingly, a total of 251,545 people have been allotted 10 units of shares. Similarly, 5 applicants were allotted 11 units of shares.
The company had issued 25,15,455 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public from May 6 to 28.
