Kathmandu. Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue debentures. Issuing a notice today, the company has stated that it will submit the unsecured subsidiary periodic debentures of Rs 1 billion at 7 percent interest rate to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for issuance of debentures. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association held on November 18.
