Kathmandu. Three branches of NIC Asia Bank have been completely damaged due to the huge loss of life and property caused by the massive flood in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa district on August 23. Also, all the employees working in the affected areas are currently in safe places and the bank is preparing to relocate the employees and family members by helicopter if needed.
Due to the floods, the buildings of Syafrubesi branch of Yes Bank in Rasuwa district and Betrawati branch office in Nuwakot district have been swept away by the floods, while the Trishuli branch office has been completely damaged and is buried with mud. The branch offices have been completely damaged and will remain closed until further arrangements.
The Yes Bank family has expressed grief over the physical and human loss caused to the area due to the unimaginable floods caused by the sudden and unimaginable floods. Also, heartfelt condolences to all those who lost their lives due to the floods and prayed for the strength of the family members in this hour of grief.
