Kathmandu. The limit of loan for the construction and purchase of private residential houses has been increased from Rs 20 million to Rs 30 million. The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the annual review report of the Monetary Policy for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS on July 7.
The loan-to-value ratio can be set up to a maximum of 80 percent for the first house and up to 70 percent in the case of others.
