Kathmandu. ON Biotech & Research Public Limited (ON Biotech & Research Public Limited) is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. The face value per share is Rs. Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the public issuance of 30,00,000 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 100 each.
Chairman of ON Biotech and Research Public Limited Chairman Chunna Prasad Sharma and CEO of Global IME Capital Limited Mandip Luitel signed the agreement in a special program held at Naxal on January 28, 2018.
ON Biotech and Research Public Limited, registered at the Office of the Company Registrar on Poush 1, 2076 BS, has its central office at Tilottama-16, Rupandehi-16, and Suddhodhan-1 of Rupandehi. The company has been producing fresh mushrooms using auxiliary materials such as straw, chaff, sugarcane wax, mustard pina÷husk, etc.
In addition, seeds of all types of mushrooms have been made available by using wheat, millet and millet for seed production. Along with the marketing of fresh mushrooms, the company is also processing mushrooms using modern technology to make dry mushrooms and also aims to operate a can mushroom plant.
In addition to mushrooms, the company has also been providing seasonal vegetable production and marketing and compost fertilizer to the farmers. Apart from this, the company is moving ahead with the plan to produce organic fertilizer and sell it. The company has been producing compost required for the production of cow dung mushrooms and compost ball for the production of Kanye mushroom with the objective of exporting the mushroom produced by the country to make the country self-reliant in mushroom production and has been selling it to farmers and big commercial farmers across the country.
The company has been providing advices on seeds, auxiliary materials and mushroom production to the farmers involved in the commercial cultivation of new types of mushrooms in Nepal. The company has agricultural experts, well-known businessmen, mushroom experts, young entrepreneurs, chartered accountants and other distinguished people involved in other professions.
