Kathmandu. NMB Bank for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend of Rs 18.36 billion to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. Out of this, 5% has bonus shares worth Rs 9183,35,297.96 and 5% cash dividend (including tax).
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
