Kathmandu. Fiscal Year 2081. So far, four commercial banks have declared dividends for 82 years. Everest Bank, Machhapuchchhre Bank, Seasons Bank, Sanima Bank and Everest Bank are among the commercial banks that have declared dividend.
KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank Limited has decided to distribute 5% bonus shares and 0.263% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital from the distributable profit of the last FY. However, the bank has not closed the book for the AGM and dividend distribution.
Sanima Bank has decided to distribute 7.3685% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to give only cash without issuing bonus shares. The company has not closed the book for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
Similarly, Everest Bank has decided to distribute 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares and 14 percent cash dividend. The bank has also not closed the book for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has decided to distribute 8 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 4% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend to its shareholders. The company has also held its AGM.
