Under this service, the technical problems related to the internet registered before 5 pm will be prioritized with the goal of resolving it on the same day.
Depending on the nature of the customer’s problem, Vianet will resolve the issue through remote support or by sending a technical team to the customer’s home if necessary.
Vianet, which has been giving special priority to customer service, believes that with this service, customers will have to wait for long time in case of internet issues, and will provide a fast, convenient and reliable service experience.
