Kathmandu. Trust Micro Insurance has urged the policyholders to get in touch for insurance claims. The company has received applications from the insured and has not yet received the necessary documents for evaluation and has requested the insured to come in contact and proceed with the claim process.
According to the insurance policies purchased by the company, The company has been requested to forward the claim payment process by submitting the necessary documents within 21 days from the date of the first published notice in respect of the insurance claim application and insurance claim application received from the insured or the insured’s representative and the claim application received from the insured or the insured’s representative from the insured or the insured’s representative for the first time ।
The company has also said that the claim file of the concerned person will be closed if all the necessary documents specified by the company are not received or contacted by the company.
