Kathmandu. The 16th annual general meeting of Champawati Hydropower Company Limited has been held in Kathmandu. The meeting was held at Anupam Foodland, Battisputali, Kathmandu.
The AGM held discussion on the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS. The AGM also discussed and endorsed the auditing report, financial statements including balance sheet of mid-Ashad 2082, profit or loss account of FY 2081/82 and cash flow statement.
The meeting endorsed various proposals including appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2082/083 and determination of his/her remuneration.
