Kathmandu. Api Power Company Limited has called its 23rd Annual General Meeting. The company has called its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, December 2. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing bonus shares at the rate of 5 percent of the current paid-up capital and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting will endorse the proposal of cancelling the issuance of 30 percent right shares of the paid-up capital, endorsing the loan taken from banks and financial institutions, approve the appointment of vacant directors in the board of directors and appoint an auditor.
The company will close its book on November 22 for the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till November 22 will be able to receive the proposed dividend.
