Kathmandu. Api Power Company has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 6.37 billion from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 318,986,209.95 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 1,67,88,747.89.89 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) and will be distributed to the shareholders of the company.
