Kathmandu. Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company has received approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue 100 percent right shares.
Sending a letter to Upper Hewakhola Hydropower on Monday, the commission has given prior approval to issue right shares. Now, the company will initiate further process to issue rights shares worth Rs 575 million in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. Rs 575 million in paid-up capital.
The company will issue a total of 5,750,000 units of right shares at face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders after the application is received from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
