Kathmandu. The initial public offering (IPO) of Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited (IPO) has been issued on February 18.

According to the issue manager, a total of 2,69,32,800 units of shares were sought from 2,452,602 applicants. Out of the total 2,41,922 applicants, 2,64,53,450 units have been accepted while 4,79,350 units of shares sought from 40,680 applicants have been validated.
The IPO has also been allotted through lottery due to higher applications than demand. Out of the total applicants, 57,243 applicants have been allotted 10 units each and one of them has been allotted an additional 1 unit. According to the allotment results, out of the total applicants, 23,54,679 applicants are left empty-handed.
