Kathmandu. Liberty Micro Life Insurance has called its third annual general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Tuesday decided to hold the AGM on January 14. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at the company’s headquarters in New Road, Pokhara.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual and Auditor’s Report shall be approved. The meeting held the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
The meeting shall approve the meeting allowance of the Board of Directors and its sub-committees and approve the expenses incurred under the corporate social responsibility.
The company has not proposed to distribute dividend to its shareholders for the financial year.
