Kathmandu. Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta has urged the shareholders who are yet to receive the five-year-old cash dividend to receive the dividend. The shareholders of the company are yet to receive the cash dividend even after the expiry of five years from the distribution of cash dividend as approved by the AGM.
The company is requested to contact the share registrar Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu within one month from the date of publication of this notice and collect the remaining cash dividend. If the claims of the concerned shareholders are not submitted within that period or the remaining amount will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund as per the Company Act and Investor Protection Fund Management and Operation Procedure, 2073 BS.
