Kathmandu. Shangrila Development Bank to sell promoter shares The promoter shareholder of the bank, Manohar Tripathi, had applied for the sale of 30,000 units of shares.
The promoter shareholders should apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of notice. Within this period, the applicant has to submit an application to the central office of the bank at Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
