Kathmandu. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to issue promoter shares to the general public. The company is issuing 8,000 units of promoter shares, Bisandev Mandal Gangai, and 12,400 units of promoter shares to Niraj Pokharel.
Earlier, the company had issued a 35-day notice to the promoter shareholders and opened the shares to the general public after no application was received from the promoter shareholders within the period.
Interested investors can submit their application to the company’s central office in Katahari-2, Morang within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
