Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the two leaders in a telephonic conversation.

Congratulations were extended to them for their personal victory in the election and for the resounding success of the RSP. Historic victory and number of seats of RSP
According to the results of the recently held elections, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has become the largest party in the House of Representatives with 124 seats in the FPTP category. This victory is considered to be the largest majority in Nepal’s democratic history.
Under the joint leadership of party president Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah (Balendra Shah), the RSP has left the old political forces far behind.
