Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has issued a statement for the current fiscal year 2082. The first quarter review of the monetary policy of the year 83 has been made public.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) was held this morning. The review has been made public after the same meeting.
According to the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, 2001, the annual monetary policy should be brought within 15 days of the beginning of the new fiscal year. Every quarterly and half-yearly review should be brought within 45 days of the end of the quarter.
The central bank has issued the monetary review in accordance with this provision.
