Kathmandu. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to sell its promoter shares. The company will issue 8,000 units of promoter shares of Bisandev Mandal Gangai and 12,400 units of promoter shares of Niraj Pokharel.
The promoter shareholders of the company should apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The shareholders who want to buy the shares should submit a letter of intent to the central office of the company located at Katahari-2, Morang mentioning the number of shares they want to buy.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period or only applications are received for partial shares, the remaining shares will be sold to the general public.
