Kathmandu. A delegation led by Surendra Kumar Upreti, President of NADA Automobile Association of Nepal, met with Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle and handed over a cheque of Rs. 10 lakhs. Recently, NADA has provided cash assistance to the people affected by the sudden and severe floods in Kerung, Rasuwa, Timure and other areas on September 23, 2083.
In addition to this, NADA is also distributing relief materials to the affected people by reaching out directly to the affected areas and identifying the immediate needs of the affected citizens. NADA teams are reaching the affected areas and distributing relief materials including food, essential items and other relief materials to the affected families in this difficult time of the disaster.
NADA stands in solidarity with the flood-affected citizens in this difficult time of disaster and continues to provide direct relief and humanitarian assistance along with cash assistance as part of its social responsibility. NADA has said that it is its social responsibility to support the affected citizens in their distress and provide necessary assistance.
NADA Vice President Bikram Singhania, General Secretary Milan Babu Malla, Secretary Meghraj Poudel and Joint Treasurer Nilmani Pathak were present in the delegation.
