Kathmandu. Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to sell promoter shares. The promoter shareholders of the company had applied for the sale of 11,500 units of promoter shares.
The company has set a minimum price of Rs 315 per share. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares as the first priority should be given to the existing promoter shareholders of the company while selling the promoter shares.
The candidates should submit a written application within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice to the central office of the microfinance company, Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchowk.
The company will issue the shares to the general public if they do not receive any application from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time.
