Kathmandu. More than 7.25 lakh units of shares of Prabhu Bank are being put up for sale.
A total of 7,27,543 units of shares of promoter group of the bank have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders should apply for the shares within 35 days. Applications can be submitted to the bank’s central office at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and organizations if the application for the purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
