Kathmandu. The 29th annual general meeting of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has been concluded. The assembly was held at Amritbhog in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting also approved a cash dividend of Rs 393,95,730 of the current paid-up capital of the company. The meeting also approved the amount paid to various organizations as part of its social responsibility.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. The meeting has approved the proposal regarding the appointment of auditor and fixation of his remuneration.
