Kathmandu. Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited has concluded its 32nd Annual General Meeting. The meeting was held at the Rani Mahal Banquet in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting also approved a cash dividend of 25 percent of the current paid-up capital (including tax). As per the current paid-up capital of Rs 2,80,65,49,900, the company will distribute a total dividend of Rs 70,16,37,475.
The meeting also passed a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make any suggestions or directives from the Company’s Memorandum of Association or the approving body.
The meeting also passed a proposal to add the provision of ‘(g) to operate or cause to operate a collective fund scheme’ under the objectives of Section 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. The meeting has approved the proposal regarding the appointment of auditor and fixation of his remuneration.
