Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has prepared the preliminary draft of the ‘Margin Trading Facility Directive-2082’.

In the preliminary draft, the Securities Board has set 5 provisions for margin transaction companies. In this, at least 50 lakh units of shares of the company should be listed.

Similarly, companies with net worth equal to and more than paid-up capital, distributing dividend for 2 years in the last 3 years, IPO issue, at least 2 years of listing of shares and other provisions specified by the stock market will be eligible for margin transactions.
