Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Everest Bank Limited. The bank is closing its book on October 24 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been trading in Nepse till date will be able to attend the AGM of the bank and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.
The bank has called its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 26 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 6 percent bonus shares on the current paid-up capital and 14 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
Likewise, the meeting will endorse the proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint auditors.
