Kathmandu. United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower has declared a dividend for FY 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday has decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the financial year. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and distributed to the shareholders.
