According to BBC Persian, this warning was issued a few hours ago by the US embassies in many countries. It advises American citizens to take extra precautions and be vigilant.
The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad specifically mentioned the recent conflict between the Houthi rebels and Saudi Arabia.
Referring to the attacks on airports, embassies warned that the situation could deteriorate quickly.
The U.S. State Department also issued a separate warning. According to the department, the conflict between the Houthis in Saudi Arabia and Yemen is likely to escalate further. -Agency
