Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Vision Lumbini Energy Company Limited. For the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution, the company is closing the book for one day on November 30. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the dividend distributed by the company.
The company has declared a total dividend of 3.6442 per cent of the current paid up capital of Rs 1.91 billion for FY83. The company has declared a cash dividend of Rs 70,04,60,526.32 per cent. This includes Rs 3,523,026.32 per cent of the current paid up capital of Rs 1.842 per cent.
The company has called its eighth annual general meeting on November 19 to approve the proposed dividend. The meeting will begin at 9 am at Diyalo Foodland Kalikanagar, Butwal, Rupandehi. If the meeting does not approve the dividend, the shareholders will get it.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2083. 84 will pass a resolution relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his remuneration.
