Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Super Madi Hydropower Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 22 has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares of the current paid-up capital of the company i.e. 347,72,87,500 and 0.78,947% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend of the company will be distributed after it is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The company has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 17 at Hotel Imperial to approve the dividend proposal. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am.
The company is closing its book on September 8 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till September 1 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
