Kathmandu. Suryodaya Bomi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has decided not to distribute dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company held on December 17 has decided not to distribute any dividend for the financial year 2081/082.
The meeting has also decided to submit the financial statements including balance sheet of Ashad 2082, profit or loss account of FY 2081/082, cash flow statement and other financial statements to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held after the approval of the financial statements of the fiscal year 2081/082 BS from Nepal Rastra Bank.
