Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company has distributed cash dividend to its shareholders. The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on January 9 has distributed the cash dividend to the bank accounts of the shareholders.
The AGM had endorsed a proposal of distributing 10.1780 percent cash dividend (including tax) of its paid-up capital from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has started distributing the dividend to the bank accounts of the shareholders from January 9.
The company had closed its book on December 26 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Based on the book close, only the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 22 will get the dividend.
The dividend will be sent to the bank account only after the shareholders who have pledged the shares till December 9 submit the NOC or dividend release letter from the institution that has taken the loan.
If you have not yet opened a beneficiary account or have not updated your bank account number, you are requested to update your bank account as soon as possible.
