Kathmandu. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited has successfully conducted training on Agriculture, Livestock and Medicinal Herbs Insurance Agent at Hotel Old Durbar in Triyuga Municipality-10 of Udayapur District. The training was conducted from Tuesday, January 29 to Thursday, January 29.
The program was chaired by Narayan Gautam, Chief of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance, Koshi Province and facilitated by Umesh Dhakal, Chief of Agriculture and Livestock Department.
The program was attended by representatives of the company as well as agents from different districts. A total of 15 participants participated in the program and received certificates. The program was conducted by Dhan Bahadur Katuwal, Chief of Gaighat Branch Office, Udayapur. After receiving the agent training, the agents will go to the farmers and the company believes that the maximum amount of protection will be provided to the farmers and the scope of agricultural insurance will be increased.
