Kathmandu. Non-Resident Nepali Infrastructure and Development (NRN) has issued 7,89,000 units of shares in four companies from today.
A total of 7,89,799 units of promoter shares of the company have been auctioned. Among them, Kumari Bank has 5,30,000 shares, National Laghubitta has 1,07,484 units, Mero Microfinance has 78,209 units and Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta has 74,106 units.
Kumari Bank has fixed the minimum price of shares at Rs 100, National Laghubitta at Rs 675, Mero Microfinance at Rs 375 and Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta at Rs 334. The investors will have to bid at or above the minimum bid price.
Any interested person and organization can bid for the shares. The interested bidders must apply for a minimum of 1,000 units.
The bid should be submitted to Muktinath Capital Limited, Kathmandu. The last date for bidding is May 1.
