NEPSE lists IPO of two companies

Kathmandu. In the second market, shares of two companies will be traded simultaneously on Thursday. Shares of Kalanga Hydro and Sanigad Hydro are to be traded.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the initial public offering (IPO) of Kalanga Hydropower and Sanigad Hydropower Limited. The shares of any company will be traded from the second day of listing in NEPSE. Accordingly, the shares of both the companies will be traded.

A total of 1.4 crore units of shares of Kalanga Hydro have been listed on NEPSE. Out of the total offered share, the general public has 49 lakh units (35%) and the promoter has 91 lakh units (65%).

For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed the minimum price of Rs 98.56 to the maximum of Rs 295.68 per share. The trading signal is that the company has received ‘KAHL’.

Similarly, a total of 2.85 crore units of shares of Sanigad Hydro have been listed in NEPSE. Out of this, 85,50,000 units (30%) are from the general public and 1,99,50,000 units (70%) from the promoter.

For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share. The trading signal is that the company has received ‘SGHL’.

In the special session tomorrow, the shares of both the companies will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
