The board of directors of the company approved the resignation of Saurav Dugad, Pramila KC, Sachin Acharya and Ashish Dhakal. Dugar was represented by the promoter group and the remaining 3 were represented by the general public.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to appoint Prakash Muni Bajracharya and Surakshya Kafle as directors of the company. The company has decided to appoint Bajracharya from the promoter group and Kafle from the general public.
