Kathmandu. Guardian Micro Life Insurance has called a special general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has called a special general meeting on November 19. The meeting will start at 1 pm at Hotel Airport, Biratnagar, Morang.
The AGM will elect 4 promoter shareholders and 1 general public.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close the book on November 12. This means that only shareholders who have been in existence before November 27 will be eligible to participate in the company’s meeting.
