Kathmandu. All existing insurance companies have been asked to provide details of brokerage commission transactions with Alliant Insurance Brokers.
The Department of Money Laundering Investigation has issued a circular in the name of all life, non-life, reinsurance and micro insurance companies, asking for transaction details. The letter has also asked the government to immediately provide the documents of the agreement with the reinsurance broker Alliant Insurance Broker and the documents of the brokerage opening of the ledger and treaty of the broker.
The Department has also urged the Insurance Authority of Nepal to provide this information and conduct investigation.
