Kathmandu. Elon Musk has provided insights about the future by tweeting from his official X account. He argues that people should not save money for the future. Because the super-intelligent (SI) technology or artificial intelligence (AI) of the future will bring a time when everything will be available in abundance.
In fact, Musk, the head of Tesla and SpaceX, has repeatedly predicted that advances in AI will make goods and services so readily available that people won’t need to work to meet their needs.
Musk’s latest statement about AI came in response to a tweet from a user. He was responding to a user’s joke. Justifying today’s wasteful spending and bad decisions with the hope that everything will be readily available and plentiful in the future.
Former user BattleAngelviv wrote in a post that he was justifying his unnecessary spending by believing that everything would be available in abundance in the future due to AI. He also wrote that it is not good to be too careless but the truth is that in a few years these expenses and money will be meaningless.
Responding to his post, Musk wrote that it would be foolish to save money in the long run in the future when everything will be easily and abundantly available due to AI.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time Musk has made such a statement. Musk has argued many times in the past that AI and humanoid robots can transform the global economy, make work optional, and reduce the importance and need for money.
