Kathmandu. Asian Life Insurance has donated Rs 10.1 million to the government relief fund to support the relief and rescue operations of those affected by the massive floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa.
The company has donated Rs. 10.1 million to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund as part of its corporate social responsibility. It has donated Rs. 1.01 crore. According to the company, the cheque was handed over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Deepak Kumar Shrestha, to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle at the Ministry of Finance on Friday. Chief Executive Officer of the company Dinesh Lal Shrestha, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Hom Bahadur Shrestha and General Manager of Hotel Crown Imperial, Abhik Jung Bahadur Singh were also present on the occasion.
