Kathmandu. Ashutosh Energy has called its ninth annual general meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend.
The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm at Hotel Himalaya in Kupondole, Lalitpur. The fiscal year 2082. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 18.947 percent cash dividend from the profit of Rs 83 including tax on the existing paid-up capital.
The meeting will endorse the decision of the Board of Directors regarding revision of meeting allowance and renewal of overdraft account of the members.
The meeting will approve the annual report of the previous fiscal year and the auditor’s report and approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
