LG Expands ‘Essential Series’ to Every Household, Expands LG Campaign to Major Cities

Kathmandu. LG Electronics Singapore, in collaboration with CG Electronics Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Home Appliances in Nepal, has launched a new home appliance series ‘LG Essentials Series’, focusing on the needs and lifestyle of Nepalese consumers. The new series was officially unveiled amidst a special event held at Vivanta Hotel in Kathmandu.

After the successful national launch in Kathmandu, the company has announced the expansion of its “Har Ghar Ko Khushi, Har Ghar LG” campaign nationwide. Under this national campaign, special programs will be organized in different major cities of the country in Itahari on July 29, in Narayanghat on July 3, in Pokhara on July 29, in Butwal on July 7 and in Nepalgunj on July 7.

Through these regional events, local consumers will get to experience first-hand the latest products from the LG Essentials series. In addition, consumers will have the opportunity to learn about the product’s specific technology and features, and to choose the right equipment that suits their needs.

Launched with the slogan ‘Every Home Happiness, Every Home LG’, the Essential Series combines cutting-edge technology, superior performance, durability and affordable price. Designed keeping in mind the daily needs of Nepali families and local conditions, these products will enrich the quality of life of the common consumers.

The new market range includes specially designed double-door refrigerators, fully automatic top-load washing machines and room air conditioners for Nepali households. The new series of LG Essentials series double-door refrigerators use frost-free technology, eliminating the hassle of manual defrosting.

The Smart Mode automatically de-heats according to the weather and offers a 20% larger vegetable storage capacity than the previous models, making it suitable for Nepalese households.

Designed to suit Nepal’s diverse environmental conditions, the Fully Automatic Top-Load Washing Machine features a pro-shield motor, BMC cover and IPX4 certified water-resistant control panel. The low-pressure fill technology used in it ensures effective laundry even when the water pressure is low. Similarly, the room air conditioner based on energy-efficient technology provides both efficient cooling and heating.

The device uses an eco-friendly R32 refrigerant that consumes much less power compared to traditional non-inverter air conditioners, and its low noise handling ensures a more comfortable user experience.

According to the company, the sale and distribution of these products in the Nepalese market started from June 2026. The initial models will start at around Rs 49,690. All these products can be easily purchased through authorized LG Brand Shops, multi-brand retail outlets and leading e-commerce platforms across the country.
