Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has put up 50,000 units of shares for sale.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale through the auction process from April 10. Any person and organization interested in this share can apply for the purchase.
The minimum price of the shares put up for sale has been fixed at Rs 401 per share. Investors will have to bid for the minimum price or more at the time of submitting the bid.
Investors must bid for a minimum of 2,000 units. The bid can be submitted to Garima Capital, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu till May 9.
