Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has opened its promoter shares in the name of Prakash Man Shrestha. Shrestha has issued 20,290 units of promoter shares to the general public.
According to the bank, the promoter shareholders should be given first priority while selling the promoter shares.
The interested person or institution should apply to the head office of the bank at Dilli Bazar, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
