Kathmandu. NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has converted its 9 percent promoter shares into general group.
The company has converted 6,49,304.39 units of shares to the general public to change the structure of the promoters and ordinary shares. With this, the promoter group of the company now has 51 percent and the general public 49 percent.
Prior to this, the promoter group held 60 percent stake in the company while the general public owned 40 percent.
