In view of the commitment, the newly elected working committee had decided to temporarily postpone the formal swearing-in ceremony.
With the dismissal of the writ petition by the Patan High Court, all legal hurdles related to the issue have been removed and the way has been paved for the swearing-in of the newly-elected executive committee of NADA.
In this context, the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected executive committee of NADA will be held in the near future as per the statute, procedure and established process
of the organization.
NADA expressed respect to the decision of the honorable court and believes that the decision has brought clarity on the related issues and will help the organization to move forward with more stability and unity in the days ahead.
Further, NADA pledges to work with all members, stakeholders and partners for the sustainable development of Nepal’s automobile sector, promoting policy dialogues and consolidating industry-friendly environment.
