Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance has won the awards under Technology and Insurance Technology category at the Sixth Emerging Asia Insurance Awards. Surya Jyoti Life has won the award in the category of Technology and Insurtech based Innovation in the event organized by Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) at Bangkok, Thailand.
The program was attended by senior officials of insurance companies from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand and other countries.
The award was presented on the basis of outstanding performance in various financial indices independently evaluated by world renowned Chartered Accountancy & Consultancy firm PwC, Indian Institute of Insurance, International Insurance Experts and many other reputed institutions.
The award was received by Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company’s Chairman Keshav Prasad Bhattarai. The company’s Director Chudamani Devkota, Deputy CEO Farshuram Marasini and Chief Support Services Umesh Prasad Mainali were also present on the occasion.
The company has excelled in every index and has distinguished itself in innovation and digitization.
